|  Themed Gallery Submissions | (excluding the Main Gallery)

If you have a web page with the image uploaded, email me the address with your name and artwork title, and password. Otherwise email me with your details and attach the image file (.gif, .tifs, and .jpegs only). Please don't send massive files! If you're unsure how to reduce the file size, or don't have access to a scanner, post me a photo of your work and I'll scan it in.
Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your photos/images returned.

|  Main Gallery - Individual Artist Exhibitions |

As of February 2003, a new feature has been added to Hybrid Studios : the Main Gallery page is now a showcase for individual artists listed at Hybrid Studios. Individual exhibitions consist of a short biography, an artist statement, and artwork images. (If the artist in question also has artwork featured in any of the themed exhibitions, the appropriate link/s will be included). Unfortunately exhibition space in the Main Gallery is no longer a free service, but costs £10 UKPounds (per annum - for up to 10 images, and a further £10 for every set of 10 images after that). Please contact me for more information.

|  Jukebox Submissions  |

If you already have an mp3 or real audio track online, great! - simply email me the address with your name and track title, (and Hybrid Studios password). Please DON'T email me your tracks unannounced - my mailbox just won't take them! If you don't have your tracks online, you can either post me a mini disc or CD (audio or data) with your track as a .WAV, mp3, real audio or AIFF file, OR email me stating you would like to email a track and I will make sure there's enough space to accept the file (or I'll set up another email account and send you that address). Phew!
Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your CDs/mini discs returned.

If you already have your work online, simply email me the address with your name and work title, and password. If you haven't, no problem, email me your words/work - try and keep the file size down though, and please, if you have a huge novel, don't email it to me unannounced - my mailbox will burst. Alternatively you can post me a floppy disc or CD - simple text files are best, thanks.
Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your disc/CD returned.

|  Publicity   |

I regularly distribute Hybrid Studios publicity material in the form of laminated cards, postcards, and flyers - if you would be happy for me to use your art or literature work on the publicity material please copy and paste the following sentence into your submission email. I will NOT use your work in publicity if the following sentence is absent from your submission. You will remain the owner/copyright holder of you work.

"I hereby give HybridStudios.co.uk permission to reprint my work for NON-PROFIT advertising of Hybrid Studios ONLY. Hybrid Studios will not have copyright over my work, I (the artist) will."

All copyright of the works featured at Hybrid Studios remains with the individual artists. Please do not send in material which is not you own, or work which you no longer hold the copyrights to.

|  Donations  |

The Gallery (Themed Exhibition), Library and Jukebox are run on a donation basis - you don't have to donate to submit your work - the donation doesn't even have to be in the form of cash! If you can offer help in spreading the word, distributing publicity materials etc... your efforts would be greatly appreciated. Donations of your artwork/CDs/merchandise for use as prizes in Hybrid Studios Competitions would be very welcome - and great publicity for you! Small cash donations are also welcome (if you're a bored millionaire - 'hi') as are any donations in the form of prizes for future competitions held at Hybrid Studios. If you would like to donate cash, please make £UK cheque payable to G. Robson. Hybrid Studios currently receives no funding and is run voluntarily. If you know of funding contacts/info which may be of benefit to Hybrid Studios, please contact me. Thank you.
